Is there a maximum length of stay?

There is not a maximum length of stay!

Will additional linens, toiletries, and/or cleaning services be provided for a lengthy stay?

Any stay over 7 days may receive additional linens, toiletries, and/or cleaning services upon request.

Will each stay come with a complimentary gift?

Every stay will come with a surprise complimentary gift!

Is there a check-in and check-out time?

Check-ins are required after 4pm on the arrival date. The checkout time required is 11am on the departure date.

What happens if an item is left within the unit after the guest vacates?

We ask all of our clients to thoroughly check the unit before vacating the premises. If any item is left within the unit, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the lease holder within 24 hours after departure. There is no guarantee the item(s) can be recovered.

Will any damage to the property be tolerated?

To ensure an amazing experience for all of our clients, we do not tolerate any damage to the property made during the stay.

Are any safety measures taken to ensure the safety of our clients?

We provide and install SmartLock technology as well as an exterior camera to help ensure the safety of our clients. Safety is extremely important to us.

Is parking free during your stay?

Parking for up to two clients/vehicles is free during your stay!

Is a screening required for each client before their stay?

A screening can be performed on each client prior to their stay in a unit.
